Paul Salvo, CEO/Owner
Paul Salvo learned the construction process from his father by walking jobs and helping with estimate work before he even had a driver's license. When Paul was old enough to enter the workforce he learned each aspect of the job, starting as a general laborer and moving through every position at the company. Both in the field and subsequently in the office, Paul's natural desire for challenges pushed him to learn the fine details of each job his employees currently perform. When Paul was ready, his father handed over the reins and Paul earned the role of President of the company. Since then, Paul has worked with team members, vendors, and customers to modernize his father’s approach to business and make the company nimble, efficient, and with a 21st-century eye for age-old construction practices. While Paul believes in the value of a modern approach, he has never changed Salvo's commitment to giving the customer a great job at a fair price. Paul runs the company with that same philosophical commitment to success that has been born and bred in him from his family's roots.
