    Terrible experience with this company - I paid them for almost 2 years - Not sales !! No leads !!I have trying to cancel my account - They are giving me hard time

    I have tried canceling my subscription that has never worked for me and they can clearly see on their end I have never used. I continue to get spammed by their suppliers and they continue to bill me! They need to reevaluate the way they do business and how they treat their partners. I am now getting collection notices and cant get out of their system. I will NEVER do business with ASI again.

    Hi ****, Our process for cancelling is simple - a member can just contact us to request a cancellation. The account *** speaks with you to confirm your request and cancels the account before the next bill date. We do not assume a person does not want to be a member just because they are not using the service, but we certainly do not delay in cancelling membership once it is requested. I see that once you spoke with your *** last week, the membership was cancelled per your request. If there is anything else we can do to assist you in this matter, please let us know. We wish you much success in the future.
