Email sent to owner on 10/23/25.I hesitated to send this email but it appears that, after 2 months and at least 4 different promises by one of your employees that the proverbial check is in the mail, your company has no genuine interest in resolving 2 minor issues/requests with us. *** agreed to send us a check for $100 for work requested and included in our original estimate, but not completed on 8/20/25. We also requested a copy of our final invoice for our records since it was several thousand dollars more than the original quoted price. Why your company and its employees would ****** the glowing reviews we have submitted online over such minor issues escapes me. I do know that if we owed you $100, you most assuredly would not be as patient as we have been over the past 2 months. I am relieved that our difficulties with your company occurred after the completion of our driveway paving project on 8/20/25. Your crew did an outstanding job and we continue to praise them and their fine work. Sadly, it is the failure of your company to honor the promises that *** made on 8/21/25, 8/22/25, 10/2/25 & 10/17/25 to send us a $100 check and email or mail us a copy of our final bill that has caused us to reconsider our high praise. Im glad that business is going so well for your company that you can operate with a business model that does not put a premium on customer satisfaction. I should have believed all the negative reviews that I read online that targeted your companys frequent failure to respond to customers, especially after you had received their payment.

  I feel like this company has been lying to me from the beginning. In March of 2024 they gave me a quote for $2800 to have my driveway paved. I agreed. When they got here they said they did a test and the ground on my driveway wasn't compressed enough even though 3/4 of it was concrete already and I was having them cover the concrete and grass on the sides of the tire paths. They said they had to lay 4" extra inches of asphalt so it didn't crack and told me $3800. I said that's outrageous and we worked out $3500. I was here the day they did it and as soon as I saw them pulling trucks out I went down to check it out. I have natural stone walls on both sides of the driveway and there is no way they laid 4" of asphalt total let alone 4 inches extra. They had also laid the asphalt directly even with the lip of the garage. The driveway slopes down to the garage so I knew water was going to get into the garage if there was a heavy rain. I asked the same day before they even left if they would just add a little lip in front of the garage to keep the water out. They insisted they were doing more work on my street and they would come back in the next week or 2 to do it. Fast forward to now, September of 2025, over a year and a half later and countless texts and phone calls of promising me I was their top priority, and I slipped through the cracks, and the business had gone through some leadership changes, and that it was the first time the owner was hearing of this even though I had spoke directly to him before. Multiple times he said they would come out and add this small lip and I didn't need to be there and they didn't need access to water or electric. It was all B.S. and through all of this they never once reached out to me. It was all me contacting them except when I told them I was going to write a bad review. Once again lies and broken promises for the last few months since then. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

  I would not recommend this company. One of the owners quoted me an estimate for @ 10,000. The total job came in at 5000.00 over the quote. I was not given any other options and the driveway was already half done. When speaking with the foreman, he threatened me with legal action and told me the "judge would laugh at me." What a way to be treated , and the workers were still there. I wanted to speak with the owner in person, but it was easier to berate me over the phone. Very disappointing.

  Be sure to check your property debris, waste and trash left over from the job BEFORE paying. Rather than disposing it like professionals, theyll dump it somewhere on your property out of sight.

  I read the reviews. I contacted P&M Paving and a few other companies for bids. I met with **** from P&M Paving. He came to my house and we discussed the job which was a complete removal of our asphalt driveway and repaving. I was impressed with the young man. My wife and I decided to choose P&M Paving and are very happy with our decision. It has been three weeks since the completing our driveway and not only does the driveway look great but there are no puddles, and the rain is now draining away from our house. the whole experience was great. The crew was very friendly and explained everything they were doing during each stage of the process. After finishing they had extra gravel and asphalt. They asked me if I wanted to give it to my neighbors to repair their driveways. I asked my neighbors, and they were happy to get the materials. I then watched as the crew spreading gravel and aspalt for next 40 minutes for free. Both neighbors were could not believe how generous **** and P&M Paving were to do such a thing. I am so glad that I gave them the job. Good People!!!

  I never post items like this but I dont want anyone else screwed by them. Please dont use P&M Paving. Owners prey on elderly people. They stopped by my parents house in ********. They left a big space not finished. Told my parents it was for drainage. After months of calling them they finally came out and finished it. In the contract it says they will come back to black top it. After weeks of calling them and texting them I finally got a hold of ****. He said he lost the contract. He asked me to send it to him and he would be out the next Monday or Tuesday. I sent it that night. I called him to make sure he received it. No call back. They never showed up. I called and text multiple times no response. Please dont use this company the owners will not finish the job. How do people live with themselves when they treat elderly people like this?? Shame.

  They gave me two quotes one for paving over the old driveway and one for ripping up the old driveway and starting fresh. The first one was for $5K and the second was for $9.5K. I went with the second option as he recommended and as I suspected I would need. He ended up asking for a total of $10.8K because the soil was soft so he needed to use extra asphalt. I said okay because I wanted it to last. 8 Months after he paved the driveway it started to break up and I could see the old driveway was still underneath. I took pictures and approached him about it, but he ignored me and blew me off until I threatened a lawsuit. Once I threatened a lawsuit he claimed he did not have an invoice for that job and refused to help me. Bottom line is he will s**** you over, do not use them.
