    On March, 27th, 2024, I made a purchase for a 1999 ***** Prelude from a seller on ***** I made a $400 deposit to hold the vehicle and wire transferred the remaining $8100 to Bob's Motor Works LLC. *** total purchase was for $8500. I purchased the car because it was advertised as having just a little over ****** miles. *** ad on **** stated that there was an AutoCheck done on the car and a report from Experian stating the car was in excellent shape. *** person I spoke to, ***, stated that he will refund me the $400 deposit that I made on **** because the original quote of $1000 for the car delivery was going to be higher than he had stated. Me thinking he was being a good guy, accepted his offer. But in reality, his refund took me out of the **** buyers protection. Receiving the car in such a horrible condition, where the delivery company had to jumpstart the car so I can drive it a block away, I felt I was scammed. I decided to purchase a Carfax report and found out that the car had over ******* miles on it, that was reported back in 2021. *** odometer had been tampered with. After filing a complaint with the *** and the Pennsylvania Attorney General, I found out that even the AutoCheck report on **** was fabricated. *** seller has gone silent and has continued to change his phone number. He even changed the name of his business on ****** so he cannot easily be found. *** blue book value of the car with over ******* miles is $1500. I want him to give me $7000 back. I have proof of all our communications, Carfax report, the receipts for everything and the original AD on ***** I am positive he has done this to other people. Here is the latest phone number I have that I got from his new **** AD. ************* ******************************* *****************************************

    Bought a vehicle (2007 ***** Avalanche) from Bob's Motor Works on approximately 11/18/23. Pictures and info on the vehicle showed it as a nice looking used vehicle. I saw no major damage to it. He assured me multiple times that the vehicle was in excellent running condition. When the Avalanche arrived by car carrier the independent driver gave ne the keys and left. With title in hand I went to a local MVA and was able to get tags so I could take it to get inspected. Upon inspection I was informed in order yo get the truck on the road it would take a lot of work. I paid $12,200 for it and it was $6,000+ to get on the road. Later developing an oil and gas leak which cost another $2,700 and there are still issues with it. They've apparently have sold many lousy vehicles that have cost the owners lots. The files I'm posting are repair bills from my mechanic that I wish to be refunded to me.
