    Stay away from this scam moving company! I hired this company for my move from **************** to **********, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a moving service.When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me.Upon delivery in **********, I was overcharged for a flight of stairs fee. The companys own contract states that 12 steps = 1 flight. The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via ***** only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined.Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesnt even have a legit website.This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

    My boyfriend and I moved from to Colorado and every step of the way every single employee at A Class Moving was incredible. From talking with Jennifer about logistics, box totals, and monthly storage, to Joseph and the guys carefully moving all of our stuff out of our stilted home in only a couple hours- we were beyond impressed with everyone. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you to the A Class team for a seamless and stress free move cross country!

    Team was amazing , efficient , very understanding. Helped me with extra work that I needed. Jenn and Shelly at the office are angles and the whole move went swiftly. Thank you guys so much for doing all that you do. If anyone reading this is on the fence , definitely use nationwide vans !!!!
