            On Friday, May 7, I purchased a gift certificate of $240 using the company website. This eGift was delivered via email on Sunday, May 9. Monday, May 10, I contacted the main office of Refreshing Mountain inquiring how to go about a refund for this gift card. I was able to speak today with (representative 1) who said that the company does not offer refunds of gift certificates. I asked if she could point me to the policy that explains this and she was not able to direct me to a written policy explaining there were no refunds through your company. (representative 1) then spoke with a coworker, (representative 2), to see where the policy was written and was not able to find this policy written. I then asked how the policy was communicated with (representative 1), and she informed me that this policy is written in her employee handbook. I restated that this is a written policy in the handbook, and she then said "it's just a policy."
