  Very unreliable ISP. Speeds and prices are pretty standard for the industry, but outages are frequent, and often caused by the cheap equipment this company uses. Instead of fixing faulty equipment, they apply patch-job fixes that last for ******************************************************************************************** four days.Every outage I reported was met with the same response: pointing the finger at my landlord and trying to blame them for Dojo's equipment failing. My landlord was, in fact, not responsible for this ISP's cheap equipment failing on a daily basis. My landlord shared the same frustrations about how this company treats its customers. That alone ought to tell you enough to stay away.

  ****,We very much appreciate your concerns and sympathize with you on the service interruptions. We take uptime and availability of our service very, very seriously. Contrary to your understanding, we use the highest quality and best of breed electronics and fiber in our build and construction and also install *** (Battery Backup) at all locations where we have electronics. Unfortunately when we loose utility power that will cause our equipment to go offline when the battery drains as it has no power. Our only option when we see power loss is to contact the owner and to ask them to address the power outage. And this is what has occurred causing the outages that you have experienced. And there have been multiple power outages due to power circuits tripping at your property. We have worked with the property ownership there to restore the power circuits when they have tripped and also to upgrade them after these repeated incidents. We are hopeful that this has helped to address the power outages which have led to the interruptions in internet service. And we will remain diligent in working with the owner there to make sure they have stable power.

  This company is absolute garbage, i will be finding every single place i can to leave a review on DOJO network. The apartments force you to buy dojo internet. Their internet services are absolutely outrageous in price for horrible speeds. You cant do basic things like stream netflix/hulu/*******/video games/ etc there is almost ALWAYS an outage, and it takes them days to fix it and then they dont even offer a discount. This is a predator company, they prey on people who are forced to stay in an apartment complex because they cant afford the outrageous prices in other complexs. There are not harsh enough words in the english language that could describe this company! ****** stars run far as you can!
