    The business charged me for work not performed. The manager was not cordial and didnt work with me at all and after charging me threatened to take me to court and also said he would not have charged me. I feel it was unfair. The guy who came in my house did not say I would be charged.

    We received a service call from Mr. ****** to install a bathroom exhaust fan that he provided on July 29, 2025. When our technician arrived, he discovered that Mr. ****** had purchased the wrong exhaust fan for installation (he chose to purchase his own fan, which was not provided by our company). The fan he had bought had a 3-inch vent, while his existing setup required a 6-inch vent. Unfortunately, it could not be reduced to a 3-inch vent due to the necessary airflow (CFMs) that needed to be removed from the space.

    Upon this discovery, our technician explained to Mr. ****** that we could not install the fan he provided and that he would need to obtain a replacement that was compatible with his existing setup. The technician also offered to schedule the installation for the following week, as Mr. ****** could not accommodate it in his schedule that week. 

    It's important to note that Mr. ****** lives 50 minutes away from our shop, resulting in a total of two hours spent traveling to and from his home. Additionally, Mr. ****** was informed that he would be charged a service fee of $139.00. However, he refused to pay when the technician was on-site. If necessary, I can provide a 12-minute recording of Mr. ****** using profanity towards my staff and discussing why he believed he should not have to pay.

    It wasnt worth the hassle
    To even contact you about my complaint and I will just deal with the loss myself seeing that it is a corrupt system and the consumer has no recourse unless the consumer is a criminal like most of the government.
