I brought my computer in to P2P Computing Solutions on Sept 12th for service due to a handful of my PC case fans not powering on and displaying their RGB lighting. After replacing the malfunctioning fans, on 10/3 they sent me a picture of my computer with all the fans powered on and lit up, but said the issue re-occurred after 10-minutes and would need further testing. They then told me that my GPU (graphics card) processor was failing and would need to be replaced. After agreeing to replace the graphics card as well, I was contacted on 10/30 saying the services were complete and I could come in to pick up my device. After getting the computer home three fans aren't powering on at all and 6-fans aren't displaying their RGB lighting. This is the only service I brought my computer in for and I was charged $528.94 for the repairs. As far as I'm concerned the issue that I brought my computer in for is NOT resolved at all, and instead I was made to purchase a new graphics card which had nothing to do with my service request or the issue at hand. All of these details can be seen in their online ticket tracking/service management system which I have included screenshots of 1st-5th.jpg files attached. This business had my device for almost ******* months, did not perform the repairs requested, and charged me an absorbent amount of money for the miserable experience. I would like a full refund so I can bring my device somewhere else to have this issue addressed!
