            On 6/8/21 the owner **** of the below business came to "repair" our ice maker which was leaking water on our kitchen floor & not making ice. He told me to replace the filter but I said it was brand new. I asked him to see if there was a clog in the h2o line but he said he doesn't get into all that. On the bill he indicated he checked the H2o PSI but didn't say what it was. He looked to see where our water line was but didn't do anything to it. The only thing he did was use the wrong size pex fitting(used a clamp not pex) to reattach the hose. Said we should get ice within 24 hrs, if not we should call another company! Next day I texted him saying we were getting some ice. But less than a week, the hose came out again causing more water damage. We called another person to check the problem, then called **** to explain & request our $ back since he didn't fix the problem. Said I was upsetting him, refused reimbursing our $193.18 & hung up on me & later my husband. Only option-report to u

            Very rude business man. Unacceptable behavior and in front of young children who noticed his ignorance. Not willing to fix his mistakes. Over charged for his service. Highly not recommended
