    This has been a difficult transaction from the start. The item was ordered and paid for on 3/13/24 after being told it was in stock and available for immediate shipment. Item not shipped until 3/25/24 and then delivered by ***** to the wrong company at a completely different address. I had to personally go to the other place of business to retrieve the package. Then upon opening the package, discovered that the #4 Carbon Filter was broken during transit. I have requested a replacement filter, providing a picture of the damaged parts, via telephone, chat, and email on numerous occasions. The telephone number provided for customer service is never answered; you are prompted to leave a voicemail. My chats are closed by the company when I enter my request and complaint regarding lack of response. My emails have gone unanswered. We remain unable to use the water cooler system until we receive the replacement filter.

    Thank you. I emailed the vendor yesterday to let them know that I was filing a complaint against them and the filter arrived today via overnight ****** I appreciate your effort. The damaged item has now been replaced. Best regards.
