************ is the worst we have ever met in customer service profession. He had a rude manner at the very beginning when we stood at the counter to ask him about replacing a battery. We purchased the car battery from ********* less than four years ago and it was within a prorated period. When coming out of the store, I was courteous to hold the door for him but he said I wasn't sure where I was going. At opening the hood, he told us he would not replace the battery because our 2008 Toyota/Rav4 was too old. He asked us to go to an auto repair shop for a new battery. A note here: we are a Asian Americans couple. Is he discriminate against us?Quite contrary to Josh, we left the ********* on ****************** and drove to ********* on ****************************************. ******** at the store greeted us with a friendly Hello, checked the computer for a right battery and within 10-15 minutes, a new battery was put onto our car and we got a prorated amount as credit towards the new battery purchase. Josh should never be placed in a manager position in service industry. We ask for the store's explanation why he turned us a away, particularly when we are a regular customer of *********."
