      I originally purchased $164.08 worth of products (3 model kits) on Aug 17, 2020 (Order # **-****). After 4 months, I reached out to the seller to ask for a status update, only for them to respond saying they'll let me know when they get a chance. In Jan 2021, I reached out again only to receive no response. Then in March 2021 I reached out to ask for a refund since the seller was no longer responding to emails. Now it's nearly 2 years later and I've never received the products I ordered nor have I received a refund.

      Back on June 13th of this year, I placed an order for a model airplane kit which was advertised on their website.After mailing in a U.S. Postal money order for $45.34 for the model, I was notified by them that the item was no longer available. I asked for my money order to be returned to me, but heard nothing more from the company.I have attempted to contact them over 10 times since then, both by email message along with leaving messages on their website.

      On March 31, 2022 I ordered two model kits from Hobby Models LLC in Mayfield PA. Total price with shipping came to $53.89. The only option they gave me to pay for them was to send a money order. On April 1 I bought a money order at **** **** and sent it to them that day. I have never received the models. I have sent them multiple e-mails and have no response from them. This is the only way to contact them, they don't give a phone number. I have asked them to either send me the models I ordered or my money back. I even told them I would pick two different models if they no longer had the two I ordered in stock. I still had no response from them. They never e- mailed me a receipt, so I have no receipt. I went on the ***** **** website to check the status of the ***** **** I sent and it says that it has not been cashed. I went back to the **** **** where I purchased the ***** **** from about three weeks after I purchased the ***** **** to see if I could get my money back and cancel the ***** **** but they told me it was to late to do that.

      Placed an online order. Upon research found high probability the site is fraudulent. Requested a refund was told on January 12 it was issued. Ive had no contact from thrn since. It is $59.91.

      Never re received order that was placed on January 18th 2022. Emailed the company on January 23rd. Was told in the email that they would check on it the next day never heard anything back from anyone. I would like the items that I ordered and a partial refund or a full refund one of the two.

      I placed an order online (Order HM-****) on Nov. 6th. On Nov 19 and Dec 7 I sent emails asking about the status of my order. Its is currently Dec. 13 and I have recieved no reply. I asked to have my order either shipped or refunded, and that has not happened. I am now just seeking to have the order cancelled and refunded.

      I placed an order with Hobby Models on 11/2/21. Promptly received a confirmation of my order however they removed one of the items i ordered. No explanation but i assumed it wasn't in stock. Would have been nice to know why. Since then I have tried 5 times to make contact and only received an email from them on 11/8/21 and it read, "WE had a medical emergency," This is exactly how it read. Since then I have tried to get a response on my order but nothing. I would really like to work this out and get products i ordered but based on other complaints and previous reviews i've read, there's a slim chance i will. At this point, unless i can get a commitment from them along with a "real" tracking number i would like my $75.65 refunded. I do not want a store credit as this will only cause another problem just like this when i order again.

      On June 1, 2021, Hobby Rails charged my debit card for $64.94 for my purchase of an n-scale track turnout (******* ****** ***** Electric Turnout Left KAT *****). They stated that they were charging me prior to shipping as the track was back ordered from Japan and delays were occurring because of Covid. At first, I accepted this justification. Two months later, after several unanswered attempts for updates on when I might expect to receive the track, I found the track from another seller and requested a refund. My attempts to call and leave a voicemail message have all been unanswered. I fear now that this is not a legitimate business, despite the fact that their website is exactly as one could expect or orders model railroading accessories. I am writing now with not much hope of a refund, but do want other model railroaders to be aware of my experience.

      I made a purchase on February 27th 2021. The order came to $279.40. Of that order of 7 books only 5 have been delivered. The other 2 are waiting for stock. The problem is that those two books ************* - ******************** **: *********** ******** Part 2 *******-******* and ************* - ******** ***** *: The ******* **************** ***** - ******** ***** *: The ******* ******** are no longer in print. When asked about the shippment of both books no reply was made or a reply of, the sore is not open was received. When the owner finally replied he stated that had no idea as he was dealing with his wife's cancer treatment. A nother inquiry was made with the question of a store credit but nothing was recived. This date, 2021-08-07 another store credit was requested or the exchange of in stock items for the out of print ones. All receipts have been kept.
