    I contacted **** on March 28 to have him bid on the drain waste vent installation for my new construction. **** came out the following day. He gave me a bid on the spot. He offered a fair price. I had a good vibe about him so I accepted his proposal on the spot. I had appointments scheduled with two additional plumbers the following week that I cancelled upon accepting ****** offer. **** agreed to complete the work the week of March 31. After not hearing from him, I followed up on April 3 and again on April 6. On April 7, he responded committing to be out first thing in the morning on April 8. I'm 128 miles round trip from the build site. I was available before the sun came up. **** did not show up or contact me. After finally reaching him, he promised to be out by 11:30. One of his workers showed up by himself at 4:30 PM and said the job was too big for just him alone. He left saying he and **** would be back out the following Friday. It is near the end of May and **** continues to string me along with false commitments. It is clear now that he has no intention of following through with our contract. The damage this has caused me from cascading delays is far reaching.
