    Michael Schaeffer Allstate insurance in Sinking Spring is absolutely refusing to cancel an auto insurance policy without us sending our new companies insurance information "to prove" we have insurance. It might seem like not a big deal, but there is no reason they need all of our policy info of the new company we are switching to "to prove we have insurance coverage". The office lady ****** even said "that's not an Allstate policy, that's just our office policy." Nothing like holding someone's policy and payment till you are done throwing your fit over a customer leaving. All they did was transfer us to the ***** number because they refuse to cancel the insurance policy. So no we are paying for double coverage on the same car. I DO NOT recommend this company at all!
