      April 29 2025 had Ozinga come to my address to finish sealing box gutters due to they didnt do or finish it right the first time an redo chimney flashing due to they didnt do it right the first time paid them ****** for the job . When the job still wasnt done right called sent m messages an text to see if they were gonna come back to finish an fix it with no reply stillhavent hear a response from them. They also claim they are bonded an insured an I dont believe this is true.

      Ozinga *********** did poor work on a new metal roof that will require additional inspection and cost to correct to prevent further damage (potential replacement of entire roof) The owner, ****, promised reimbursement in the amount of $1K if we gave him a "good review." The owner did not honor his contracts. He offered free gutter guards on all of our gutters - which we declined. He promised a 20-year workmanship warranty which he has failed to produce. It also appears he was possibly working after his insurance had EXPIRED and does not have ********* comp for his employees on the policy, however had 4-5 individuals working on our roof and property. A call was made to the insurance carrier to confirm coverage. This was met by a very rude insurance representative on behalf of Mr. *********************** who then asked if we were trying to "build a case against him" and refused to provide any updated insurance information or proof he was insured at the time of work. Many documented attempts have been made to contact the owner to correct the roof and return paid monies until the job is complete to no avail. Overview below:07/20/2024 Stede (head roofer) from OZINGA, *********** reviewed roof in-person @ our residence and offered to do for less if paid in cash. 08/09/2024 -9:57 AM (TEXT) We reached out to head roofer Stede @ ************ to proceed with contract. We asked what we needed to provide for insurance purposes. ***** responded via text & said secretary, *******, would send w-9. Email was received with copy of ************************ Signed contract and gave 1/2 down payment cash to ***** in person.08/26/2024 - ***** started work with 4-5 individuals.08/27/2024 - Paid with agreement they would fix obvious issues. Changes marked on contract.08/28/2024 - We reviewed roof again and asked for money back until they corrected issues. 08/29/2024 - OWNER **** OZINGA delivered new **************** would not leave until we are satisfied. Work STILL not complete.

      Paid this Company to install a rubber roof system .. they made a mistake upon installation, but did not have the correct tools to remove the torsion bar to tuck the rubber because it was on another truck, so the owner manually removed the torsion bar putting huge holes in the siding of my home.. there’s water just running everywhere and he’s refused to be a man of his word and come fix it or return my $ like offering to do so.. I have proof ..
