      Worst company to deal with their supplements are bad. You look at their pills. Some of them are full. Some of them are half empty. You could buy the same supplement. Sometimes they're different colors. Very inconsistent and bad quality control. If you ever have a problem with your order. Good luck ever getting in touch with anybody. It might take you a week to speak with somebody and even then they don't care what you say. They're going to do anything they can to get their money and rip you off. I tried my best to contact them and they messed up my order. Didn't even know my order was laid and didn't show up. Then I told them I don't want to deal with their company anymore and before even contacting me back to apologize about the late order, anything they sent another one then sent me an email saying I could return it at my own expense or refuse the package if I don't want it. Then I said for the inconvenience. Here's a $5 refund which I didn't want. Speaking to people on the phone that cut you off and talk to you like you're a little kid and don't return your phone calls cuz they don't want to talk to you. Stay far away from this company. You're going to get sick taking their supplements and they're no help if you ever need it

To ensure you received what you paid for, our team processed a reshipment. This is our standard policy when a package appears lost or delayed. Unfortunately, the replacement was shipped before we received your follow-up message that you no longer wanted it. In these situations, customers may refuse the delivery, and the package will return to us at no cost to you.Capsule Quality: Capsule size is standardized in supplement manufacturing. This means that unless a company fills capsules with additional excipients (inactive fillers), there will sometimes appear to be extra space inside. At Double Wood, we deliberately keep excipients to a minimum, which can cause capsules to look less full, but the active ingredient content always matches the amount stated on the label. Capsule color or slight texture differences can also occur between batches due to raw material variation, but every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency before release. Certificates of Analysis are available on our website for transparency.Customer Service: Our team is available MondayFriday, 9am5pm ET. Emails received outside these hours, including weekends, are responded to as soon as possible once were back in the office. We recognize your experience did not meet your expectations, and we regret any frustration caused by the timing of replies.All of your subscriptions have been canceled as requested, and you will not receive any future charges or shipments from us.We appreciate your feedback and take these concerns seriously as we continue working to provide the best possible service and quality for our customers.

      The variety, quality and affordability of their offerings is top notch, but I had to leave a review after a self induced snafu on my part. I had some products on a 90 day subscription, but completely forgot, and ordered them before the subscription renewed, like $120 worth of supplements. Then the subscription notice kicked in like the day after I had received them, almost identical order, so I was cursing myself and worried about another $120 hitting my bank account. I replied immediately to the notice of the order being processed (not yet shipped) and then looked for a phone number, and was waiting on hold, and saw a cascade of confirmations, refunds, confirmations come through almost instantly, then a personal email from someone in customer support to let me know they had handled it.I have my own company, manage the tech and customer support myself, so I was triple impressed.Also found out that by subscribing, I had accumulated almost $50 in credits, that were still valid . . . Will subscribe again once I figure out a way to remind myself that I have one so I don't repeat the snafu.But really impressed with the company and response.Thx *****

      Bought the magnesium l threonate to help me sleep and it WORKS! As a perimenopausal woman, I cannot tell you how HUGE that is! I loved it so much, I bought a bunch for my friends for Christmas. While shopping, though, I accidentally subscribed to a large monthly order (oops!). When the next bill came, I was shocked as I didn't remember subscribing. Double Wood support not only responded to me the very same day, they credited my account, canceled the order, and helped me cancel the subscription I didn't even know I had! Great quality, good people, very happy!

      They sent me 4 emails saying an order was not going through as the card was no longer valid. They then push through the transaction with Visa. I indicate to my credit card it was not authorized and the company sent FOUR emails stating the transaction would not go through. Now they're saying I have to pay shipping back on items I was told were not coming. They have the absolute worst customer service and poor business practices.

      Just claiming a product is *** certified doesnt mean much unless its backed by a recognized third-party organization like *** or ***. *** certification requires an independent audit to ensure safety and quality standards. Without a verifiable certification, a brands claim is just thata claim with no proof. Where's the proof?

      This business advertises on its website and Amazon with very specific graphics that their products have received the Certification that they are with Good Manufacturing Practices, GMP. However when I received the product there is NO indication that what they sent to me has been GMP produced. NO Certification on the label of what I received.
