    We had Sean come out and give us an estimate. We read his reviews and he seemed like an honest business man. He sent us a text and asked for a $2,500 deposit. We shouldnt have given it, that was our mistake but we didn't think he would not provide a service. The company was supposedly in business for at least 15 years. We ended up getting an estimate for half the price. We tried calling to speak with him but there was no response. We said we would like to know if he could meet that price or return our deposit. We allowed pleanty of time before he was said to start. He then sent a text stating that the deposit was to hold our spot and would not be refunded. I said that you cannot take such a large deposit without any service. I wanted at least $2,500 worth of work. It was a substantial deposit. He called and said he would cut down 2 trees. Well he never showed and now will not respond. I would appreciate if you could please help us. He shouldn't be allowed to operate in such a matter. Taking people's money like that with no service. He wouldn't pick up up the phone to discuss options he just said, 'sorry for the inconvenience .'

    I have attached two messages that were from them proving that we provided them money and they were going to provide a service but did not.
