I kept reporting heating/water/radiator issues to Apartment Management Group, they sent out a maintenance guy who did not speak English well so he didn't understand the issue and would check the thermostat then leave saying the heat work, the heat is sent to 62 degree but keeps going until 80 degrees, sometimes we lose hot water/heat, and our radiators started making loud grinding noises. After 3 visits maintenance said it was faulty wiring and shut the heat off. No one has been here since until August 21st they sent their maintenance guy to check the electrical wiring and he ended up coming and breaking the bathroom light. I sent video proof that ****** broke the light, and they sent an electrician who came and left after checking only 2 lights and the electrical box. Apartment Management Group keeps marking my tickets as "Handled", when they are not handled. I sent dated and timed video and photo proof to Apartment Management Group and they immediately stopped responding to me for a week. I asked for Landlord's phone number 2 times and was denied the 2nd time asking, which was a week later. My electric bill went up $80-$90 due to the heating issue, I'm disabled and can not be in the heat since it worsens my asthmatic attacks and makes my paralysis worse, it was 80 degrees in the apartment so I had to use 2 ACs to cool it down. It is now fall and they're about to turn the heat back on with faulty wiring so my apartment will be reaching 80 degrees again.

Apartment Management Group's agent ******* showed up Monday October 6th 2025, he sent maintenance to turn the faulty heat back on. Apartment Management Group is still refusing to fix anything. I had to contact code enforcement for help because Apartment Management Group is refusing to fix faulty heating and broken stairs, I had no heat and no hot water, ongoing issue since last year, it raised my electric bill $70-$100, they shut the furnace off June 11th 2025 so the heat wasn't continuously running anymore in the summer. ******* at 9:30am told me plumbing was going to contact me at once, after 2 hours I checked in and no response from *******, after 3 hours I called Code enforcement officer for help because I had no heat/no hot water and ******* was not responding to me anymore. Code enforcement officer alled ******* and got him right away, ******* said a plumber was on his way, but no one showed up and I was without heat and hot water all day and all night. I have made many tickets for this issue that ******* and ***** from Apartment Management Group keep closing without fixing.

I have submitted a total of 8 tickets for the same issue over the months and Apartment Management Group keeps closing them and ignoring me on the matter.

As of October 19th 2025 the steps are still not fixed. Code enforcement officer stopped by October 9th after I visited his office with time stamped photos of the broken steps on October 7th.
