    I am enrolled in **** Foster's Veterinary Technician program, which I pay for monthly as an online student. Approximately nine months ago, after a death in my family, I contacted the school to inform them that I would need to take an extended leave. I was explicitly told that as long as my leave was less than one year, no action was required on my partI could simply contact them to resume payments and continue coursework when I was ready.When I attempted to log back into my account after nine months, I discovered that my enrollment had been suspended, my account sent to collections, and thousands of dollars in fees assessed. I never received any notice by phone, email, or mail about overdue tuition or impending collections activity. After several attempts to discuss things with a supervisor, where on one occasion the supervisor claimed not to be able to hear me despite just speaking with another representative 60 seconds prior, having full strength service and not having moved for the entirety of the phone call, additionally waiting 15 minutes for a call back that they never attempted, I have no choice but to escalate this issue for the reasons outlined below.This has caused financial harm and immediate and lasting damage to my credit, all due to misinformation provided by the school, the representative and their failure to notify me of any supposed delinquency.Resolution Requested:I am requesting that Penn Foster:1. Immediately reinstate my student account.2. Remove my account from collections.3. Waive all late fees and collection charges added during my approved leave.I am fully willing to resume my regular monthly tuition payments going forward, as I was originally told I ******** be completely clear my desired outcome would be correction of the error, reinstatement of my enrollment, removal from collections, and elimination of improper fees.

    Student number 240608Q2XN , I enrolled September of this year to a school called Penn foster Im familiar because I did high school in person with ********* online , never had any issues but for some reason I noticed 2 of my last projects were graded by the system which is supposed to be done by a professor. I was given a 2% I was told per an email after my complaint to the school that I was suppose to use their information, which is plagiarism. By the way this is for law , paralegal program. I have not been graded properly. And the program ends next month . I have been done . I noticed it was not being looked at , but they still requested money . This creates late fees for me etc , I would like out of this , that way I can get into a college that actually teaches correctly. This error is on their end , not mine. I have uploaded time after time and I am over it at this point. I want to part ways with this school, if I withdraw they will still charge me for an amount, when my grades were excellent. I am not going to hand my faith to a system and settle with a retake , when I dont have to. I will not leave a review on their website , nothing . I have voiced my concerns and nothing has been done , just a tactic for more money they can get .

    Someone emailed me but it wasnt to resolve any concerns. It was regarding an assignment I resubmitted several times correctly on my end  and was giving a 2% because I did not do it exactly how they would & it was graded by the system 2%.  A 2% on an assignment when all of my other exams were excellent. I made sure to submit my projects due to vision loss , complications from a surgery. It is not an error on my end and not something I can proceed with at this time .  I am legally blind now ( Have documentation for Doctor) and I rely on Siri .
