During the last three months, I was charged for prescriptions I did not use. I was in another state (at a hospital), and hadn't picked up a prescription since 9/6/22, yet I was charged monthly for all my prescriptions. I called multiple times and most of the time I could not understand the employees. I would ask them to repeat things 4 and 5 times. They would not email me the information about why I was still being charged. They would not cancel my account. They would not refund the money. I was out of state and receiving my prescriptions through the hospital and rehab centers. Their customer service is horrible. Even today 11/29/22, I received an automated phone call saying that the prescription I recently picked up needs to be evaluated. I didn't pick up any prescriptions! Weve had Clear Spring Health pharmacy insurance for 2 years. Someone recently, not me made my primary insurance ******* *******.this makes me ineligible for coverage from Clear Spring Health.Initial Complaint

On 7/8/21, I sent a request to be disenrolled from this plan because I did not need it, request it, or want it. I was asked to fill out a form and sent it back immediately. I followed up roughly 60 later via phone and was told that it will be honored for 10/15/2021. On 1/19/22, I was notified that I was still enrolled and called. I was told that my form was not received and then it was received. The agent explained that a letter was sent out later stating that I needed to request for it to be done in 10/15/21-12/7/21. I did not receive this mail, but why would it be sent to me if I never requested a cancellation? She provided an email address of [email protected]. I sent an email to this email address and it was rejected. I also sent a fax on 7/8/21 to ************. I also sent an additional fax on 1/19/22 to a different number provided by the representative ************. I also mailed a copy of the form 7/8/21 which they stated they never received. There had to be a written request received in order for a response letter to be generated. Please help me rectify this stressful situation. It is causing massive conflict with insurance that I already have.Initial Complaint

They are wanting to charge me 955.40 for past Late Enrollment Penalty charges. And still pay the 50.10 LEP going forward. ******** determined that my Late Enrollment Penalty Should only be 4.95/month. Rip off company
