    I have recieved a recent collection from Lackawanna College and have no knowledge of this. When I asked the College via email on 08/15/2024 to take this off my report as that I already have a loan with them and in good standing and they ignored me and reference me to their attorney. ******************* who is a president claimed she won't talk to me due to me having a lawyer which I never said. I then asked their attorney A. ***************************** and yet again my question about this unknown collection gets neglected. This collection has hurt my credit to drop at least ******************************* asking about this with no dates, class or classes given to me as proof I am considering this fraud. They are proving to me with their hostility that they don't want to be professional or provide me proof of this collection claim. How can I have a collection when I already have loan that was assigned to me over two years ago? You can't just add random monetary claims against someone without proof and if I did supposedly owe this then why wouldn't it be attached to my current loan. It just doesn't make any sense. This makes so upset that I have to deal with this college again. I had a horrible experience when I was attending and now I'm being bothered by them once again. I want this resolved along with it off my credit report and a formal apology from the school as soon as possible.

    On December 22nd I went to a pop up bar named Blitzen that the college runs for students to gain experience with hospitality. I was charged twice for my time there that day, two charges for $36 showed up on my debit card. The one charge was a mistake where my card was run twice. the correct charge showed later with the tip I gave added to it and the other charge was still on my card. I have contacted the college on several occasions asking for my money back. It would seem to me that they would have to reconcile their charges to the charge receipts at the end of the night and they could see that there was an extra charge made to my card and no signed copy. No one returns my calls. I have spoke to ***************************** on several occasions and she has said she would call me back after talking to the business office. I have yet to receive a call or my money back!
