            On December 9th they came out to undercoat 2 of my trucks at my house while I was at work. When I came home I saw and took pictures of how they sprayed the exhaust, the spare tire, the rear tires and oversprayed all over both trucks. The exhaust smoked on both vehicles after starting up and I couldn't see out of the windshield with how much oily overspray was all over both trucks. They also didn't even coat the rear wheel wells after i saw pictures on ******** showing them done on other vehicles. I reached out to them with my concerns and they apologized and told me they would come out and fix any problems. I reached out many times to see when they would come and they contacted me finally about a month later and said they would come out on a Saturday then canceled that morning and then blocked me on *********

            I would leave a zero star review if i could. I had my truck undercoated on March 11 2024, and the material is still wet. I have been cleaning up drippings of the undercoating on my driveway and garage floor since having the coating applied. Today, my dog went under the truck and had to be bathed twice to get the undercoating out of his hair. I contacted Northeast undercoating about the issue and they just keep saying the more you drive the truck the more the product will set up. I'm sorry but after 2 months this should not be happening, I've never had this type of experience with any undercoating in the past. I feel as though something was not mixed or applied properly but no one will admit to it. Please research this company and product before allowing them to do anything to your vehicle
