    This company ran a credit application through my name without any confirmation of my doing the job with them, or any intention on my part to even finance the job that was quoted. They have continually tried to reach out to me to get me to sign the loan even though I have made it pretty clear to them that I have not even voiced or communicated my intent to hire them as contractors. I now have a $13,000 loan in my name that I did not ask for.

    We ran her financing because Mr ***** ******************* signed a contract with us and filled out a credit application that they both signed and dated. The amount of the job was ****** not ******. We submitted the financing for ****** not ****** 

    As far as the loan she does not have a loan for ****** as she states. She did not sign to confirm the loan. Therefore it is not active. 

     

    I have attached the contract and credit application to show  proof of the contract ***** credit application they signed and dated.
