            I visited a Tower Health clinic in Limerick, PA for my daughter last year in August (08/22/2021) and September (09/16/2021). I provided my Insurance and thought if there is any Out of pocket billing will pay, But I never received the Billing statement/any letter stating that I have unpaid bill. Now suddenly I am getting calls from collection agency for the same. I have tried numerous times to the billing department/customer service to reach them but to no avail. I am ready to pay the bill but there is no system where I can reach to pay. As I do not have any statement/ letter/account # to pay the bill, I am in a limbo. I am therefore unable to access the pay online system. I have tried to pay in person, called the listed number to pay by phone, and even called other numbers I searched for and cannot find a single person that can help me. The primary number for customer service has NEVER been answered. Now, the company has turned this over to a collection agency. Their terrible customer service should not be the grounds for me to have negative remarks on my credit report.
