    My daughter's vehicle was towed by this company on Wednesday November 27th and my insurance company called and attempted to pick up the vehicle on Friday November 29th in order to get it to the repair shop of my choosing. I called the owner in advance to let him know that someone was coming and he tried to tell me that they were closed for the "holiday", which Friday was not a holiday it was the day after a holiday. I told him that I wanted the vehicle to be released so that the place it is going to can start working on it. The towing company that showed up did not have "payment" so instead of calling me back and asking for payment, which I would have to just get it out of his lot so I wouldn't have to pay more, he refused to give up the vehicle and now he is ignoring phone calls from my insurance company all day today, December 2nd. So now tomorrow, it will be almost 1 week since he took the car. I'm sure he is going to charge a ridiculous amount for it being there for 6 days and he states today he could not give me a total for the bill because "he's not in front of his desk". I called my insurance company again to tell them that he is continuing to vie me the run around. It is quite ridiculous. And he calls himself a reputable business owner. I cannot fill in the amount owed because he "doesn't know".
