On June 25, 2025, I received my order #*****. Starting on July 9, 2025, I wrote in the website chat almost every week to resolve two issues: I wanted to return two magazines and a rail, but the seller never provided me with the name and address for the return. This information is not available on the website. I searched everything carefully, but the package did not include the Regulator O-rings for mag air. I asked for either a refund for this missing item or for the seller to mail it to me. At first, the seller replied via the website chat, but then stopped responding, leaving my issues unresolved. I continued to write, but received no reply. I contacted them on July 18, July 21, and August 6 still no response. On August 16, 2025, I emailed the seller but again received no reply. I waited three days, and on August 19, 2025, I filed a dispute through my bank (****) in the amount of $301. In the dispute, I clearly explained that the issue was: I could not return the two magazines and the rail because the seller refused to provide a return name and address, and the Regulator O-rings for mag air were missing from the order. On August 21, 2025, the seller suddenly wrote to me in the website chat, saying: "Just got a charge back from you last entire order saying you didnt receive it I have all the messages saying you did so Ill be filing fraud charges against you" I do not understand why the seller is claiming that I requested a chargeback for the entire order, when the dispute amount clearly shows $301, while the full order total was $459.95. Also, in the dispute I never stated that I did not receive the order. I cannot understand the sellers motives or why he is making things more complicated, when I simply wanted to return part of the items and receive a refund for the one item I never received.
