    Transaction date January 28, 2025 Total amount: $15,435.15 I wanted my basement waterproofed, got a pump installed and the gentleman that came out told us what he had planned to do would stop us from getting water in the basement. Assured me multiple times after asking, that it would stop all water from coming in. After construction was completed the pipe they connected to my sewer line for the pump was leaking. Sent someone out to look, the employee stated it was illegal what they did and that they couldnt touch it. That I had to get a plumber. After I complained they sent someone out to fix the pipe. There was one more time after this they had to fix that pipe. Now 6 months later Im getting water in the basement where I never got water before they came out. It took me a week to get ahold of someone and another week after to get someone out to my house. The *** told me that the wall leaking (that was just torn down and redone) had in fact NOT been waterproofed. He told me it would cost me more to get that wall completed. It has now been a week since he came here telling me someone will be in touch and Ive heard nothing from them. My wall they redid and were supposed to waterproof is not even completely top to bottom. They left a good 6inches towards the floor thats not done were the leaking is coming in.

    I hired 58 Foundations to repair/correct the slope in my bathroom floor and the charge for it was between $9000-12000 !!! It was in July 2021 when they secured a Henrico Building Permit and began the work a few days later !!! They never called for a footing inspection or a final inspection and the Building Permit was canceled after 6 months of no contact by them !!! So, I called the inspectors office myself and it was inspected but, failed !!! The permit number is BLD-2021-****** that was canceled and reinstated in July 2022 !!! The wooden beam that they installed was under my dinningroom floor where there wasnt damage but, now theres a hump in the middle of the floor !! The beam was installed in the wrong place and my bathroom door has sunken more !!! My problem still remains unsolved !!! Also, my sump pump was replaced and it was 3/4 inches higher than the floor but, there was damage to the flood and retaining wall for the water not draining out properly !!! They have made too many attempts at no avail !!! I want a refund from this 5 ************ that advertised it , if youre not satisfied !!! I am not satisfied and I have inspection from other companies stating that they installed the beam in the wrong place !!
