              4/17/23 Was at Seidel Hyundai to get oil change and Seidel Hyundai waited till I could not get oil changed without paying for it I have 3 oil changes left and also tire rotation this company WILL NOT ALOUD ME TO USE the 2nd time was in the correct range to get oil changed for free I have these oil changes as a service to me for buying a new Hyundai the car has ****** miles and the coverage I have Seidel will NOT ALOUD ME TO USE

              Zero stars. I had a recalled engine replaced after the car left me stranded. It is now 3 times that the engine light went on and the car has gone into limp mode since the engine gas been replaced less than 3 months ago. The department does poor service. They don't understand that people have to work and need reliable vehicles. They don't understand that people don't get paid to sit in their waiting room and miss work while they get paid to not fix cars. I would like an apology for the time I've lost and the stress of losing sleep and time because someone is screwing up in their service department and no one cares. I guess that's Hyundai and I will warn everyone not to buy one.

              To whom it Concern, I just spoke to my service department, they did in fact take care of Michele C***** this morning. They gave her a loaner car to drive so she does miss work. She did have a New motor replace and was back 3 times after the new motor was replace. We are very sorry that she is having these problems. In no way do we not want to help her. We have to follow Hyundai's lead on recalls. As of 12:00 today a new motor has been approved by Hyundai. We are all very sorry for Michele and we help her in any way. She will have a loaner car until her car is done. I do on behalf of my entire staff Apologize for all she has been through. Jerry S*****
