    I had a deeply disappointing experience with JB Mechanical specifically (**** ******) that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I hired them to work on a Bosch combi boiler, but unfortunately, they failed to complete the job properly. From the start, they showed a lack of professionalism. Despite their request for upfront payment, the work was done incorrectly, and they never returned to finish it.After the incomplete work, I attempted multiple times to get in touch with them to resolve the issue, but they simply ignored my calls. To make matters worse, they even blocked my number! Ive been trying to contact them for four years with no response whatsoever.Their lack of accountability and refusal to fix their mistakes is appalling. I highly recommend steering clear of JB Mechanicalthere are far more reliable and professional service providers out there who will actually stand behind their work and treat customers with respect.
