      Had a meter safety inspection scheduled. Had a 4 hour window and had to schedule MONTHS in advance because they are always booked far out. I had to take time off work because that was all that was available and if I dont do this inspection I risk my service being cut off. I waited right next to the door THE ENTIRE TIME. Had to lock my pets away for several hours. They never showed up. I called and said hey, no one came for my inspection. And the lady says they came at such and such time, knocked twice, called, and left a slip on the door. . None of that happened. I am so particular about these safety inspections and being RIGHT AT THE DOOR because this has happened before where they somehow miss me and cant do the inspection. Absolutely ridiculous. All I got was that I need to reschedule to an even MORE egregious time frame of inspection of 9 HOURS? Absolutely ridiculous. I never got a phone call, no one knocked at the door, I was peeking out the window every 30 minutes, and there was NO SLIP LEFT BEHIND ON MY DOOR. Im sick and tired of this happening almost every single time. Get your technicians to ACTUALLY call the customers BEFORE they arrive, and maybe ring the **** doorbell. Not that either of these things would have helped me this time, since Im convinced they never came at all and just didnt feel like stopping by. Probably wanted to leave work early or something.

      They are destructive to private property (on video) they read the meter wrong and over charge you by like 200% plus the procrastinate getting the error corrected. Still not corrected...They are NOT PROFESSIONAL which is why they are not BBB accredited in my opinion
