    So of course the sales person promises exceptional service and responsiveness until the job is done then they disappear not responding to ANY inquiries! I had Foxy Coatings come to my garage to do the flooring and at first it seemed like they were so detailed and it took them until 9 pm to finish. When they were leaving I mentioned why did they leave an untouched area right in the corner. the guy looked shocked that I noticed since it was late. He didnt know what to say and said ohh Ill fix it. I wasnt going to make him fix it that late in the night so I decided to call later on to address the issue. Salesperson, **** said they will come out when they have another job in the area. WHATTTT??! so you are real quick to almost force someone to get the job done within two weeks, but God knows when the next time a job will be nearby. I told him all of my belongings are outside and this is unacceptable. Of course no response. Stay away because if this is what they do before any warranty is kicked in imagine when you actually need to put a claim in for damaged flooring. I would not recommend solely based on their poor customer service skills

    This company is run by foreigners who have ZERO regard for their employees!!! They treat their employees like complete disposable garbage, refuse to pay employees and make them pay out of pocket for faulty tools and supplies and then refuse to reimburse after being promised, they send them to jobs with minimal man power and then get mad and refuse to pay them!! S*** a** company would not recommend!!!
