    Hello...March 15 2024 I filed a claim bc of not getting a item that I bought on their site. For almost 2 months now, I have been told they filed a claim with Fed Ex and they are waiting on that. After not getting any answers I contacted Fed Ex myself and was told they had no info! I immediately wrote them back in their contact email chain we had going on and they said they would check into it. ***** went by again and I contacted Fed ex again and was told again they had nothing! When I wrote back in the chain asking why Fed Ex would be saying this...I got a email response that they decided NOT to reimburse me and if I need to contact anyone to email their customer service directly...which I did. Something isnt right here. For almost 2 months they told me they filed a claim...Fed Ex said they had nothing...now they closed my claim out and are ignoring me. My claim number they gave me is: C-********* Order # ******** Ticket # ******* Item: Hearing Aid Amount Spent: $113.05

    We apologize as there was an issue regarding our ****************** needing additonal information.  Upon talking with them they stated since this was a one time refund that they would process the refund immediately.  I verified with them this morning that the refund is being mailed to ************** and she should receive it within a few days.   We apoologize for the mix up and the delay in getting the refund processed.
