    I am assisting my elderly mother concerning a grave monument for my brother.A Deposit for a monument for my brother was paid for 1/3/2023 $631.00 and another payment paid in February 2023 for $1,263.00. The owner ********* ****** kept promising to complete the job. He sent an email on June 4, 2024 promising to make good. We have been unable to reach him either by phone or email after multiple attempts.Please direct us on how to resolve.

    On 4/23/23 Landmark Monuments at ******************************************* took a deposit of 1700 dollars (Which was deposited that day) towards a 3273 payment for ****'s Grave stone. We were told by the owner *****************************) it would be completed and on site by September /October and we would need to pay the rest of the deposit when they called us to inspect the stone before placing it on the grave site We never received a call and every-time he went to the store it was closed with a phone # to call for appointment. Which no one ever called us back, My father went to the funeral house (*******) and was able to get ********'s home #, which he used to tell ******** that a Foundation hole had been dug, but not poured yet a a wheel ****** was covering the hole. ******** said he would have it taken care of and that the Stone should be in October/November by the latest December and they would be calling us. That call never came, so my father reached out and was able to catch him at home. He told my father he was selling the business and hopefully ****'s Stone would be in next delivery and would be in by spring. He then continued to tell him hes selling his house and moving to *********. My Father believed him and at spring we came to find no more store, the phone lines have been shot down, and the website is gone. With a note from ********, that he is going to try to make everything right. Well, we come to find out through the ***************** that thee are allot of people out there waiting for the Stones. So we also issued a Police Report, which we provided in the paper work we sent.

    Ordered a grave stone for my wife on 7/11/2023. I made a payment of $1,586 to order the stone. The stone has not been delivered, and I cannot get any response from my repeated phone calls. I can see from the website that others have the same problem with this company of getting their stones.

    Landmark Monument in ********** Purchased a headstone for my mom and dad. They cashed the check but it's been a year and no headstone. Unable to reach anyone by phone or email. Not the only customer this has happened to.

    Landmark monuments took name plate off for date to be put onto name plate on cemetery plaque. It was done in September or October 2023. Told it would be approximately 6 weeks to be completed and returned to cemetery plaque. Phoned and left voice mail messages on numerous days. Sent message through ******** Messenger. Now no answering machine picks up and phone just rings. Would like to know when name plate will be returned to cemetery after we are way past deadline. Payment is awaiting return of name plate of ******. I was ?? ld payment would be expected upon it's completion. My mother has her plaque rebronzed by landmark that is why we went with them within the past year. If they cannot complete the job, they just need to let me know I will get name plate and find someone else to complete the year on the name plate.

    The business ( Landmark Monuments, **** was contacted fall 2022 for the fabrication of a headstone for a deceased family member. On November 12, 2022 an agreement was sign by *************************** and ************************* with the salesperson "***" to approve the design of the headstone. Total of product was $2,800 and half ($1,400) was paid as a deposit the same day. We were *********** would be finished by June 2023. Final Design approved by email on November 23, 2022. The business was contacted several times to follow up and always gave an answer such as "it would be done the week of 4th of July" or "it would be done same week of labor day". Cement was poured on the same cite instead of headstone and there hasn't been any changes since September 2023. Our family has been contacting the business multiple times and no answer and also coming in on office hours but its close. Business has not contacted back or reach out for a refund in any way. Our family is looking for the business to complete the agreement or a refund.

    On March 16, 2023 I contracted with Landmark Monuments to supply a headstone which is to be installed at ******* Cemetery, *******. I paid a 50% deposit at that time. Drawings were subsequently approved. Late summer, I was told that the stone was completed, awaiting scheduling with the cemetery cement pad installer. Despite repeated inquiries, the stone has not been installed. Since mid-October, I have not been able to get a response from Landmark by phone, email or in person. I have spoken with the ******* Cemetery Representative and discovered that the installer will not resume placing foundations until April 1 (in addition, he will do no work for Landmark until they pay his outstanding invoices)! My mother died on February 21, 2023 and I would like the headstone to be placed as soon as possible in the Spring. I am quite frustrated, and seek intervention or guidance by your organization to resolve this issue.

    I purchased a preneed memorial stone for my mother as her P.O.A. I spoke with ***************************** during the summer of 2023 to receive an update on the stone placement in the cemetery. He said he had to check with his vendor to see how much longer it would be. I've repeatedly called, emailed the business, emailed ******** directly, sent requests on Messenger and ********* No one calls me back. The check was cashed. The stone has not been delivered. You'll see from **** and ****** reviews that no one is at the office and others have paid for services they haven't received.

My husband was 93yr 10 months at passing on March 17 2023 I have been trying to contact them for 2 months and they do not return calls This is on the order form Landmark Monuments,Inc.******************, P. Plan on calling my credit card to find out if the total amount had been paid
