    On March 16, 2023 I contracted with Landmark Monuments to supply a headstone which is to be installed at ******* Cemetery, *******. I paid a 50% deposit at that time. Drawings were subsequently approved. Late summer, I was told that the stone was completed, awaiting scheduling with the cemetery cement pad installer. Despite repeated inquiries, the stone has not been installed. Since mid-October, I have not been able to get a response from Landmark by phone, email or in person. I have spoken with the ******* Cemetery Representative and discovered that the installer will not resume placing foundations until April 1 (in addition, he will do no work for Landmark until they pay his outstanding invoices)! My mother died on February 21, 2023 and I would like the headstone to be placed as soon as possible in the Spring. I am quite frustrated, and seek intervention or guidance by your organization to resolve this issue.

    I purchased a preneed memorial stone for my mother as her P.O.A. I spoke with ***************************** during the summer of 2023 to receive an update on the stone placement in the cemetery. He said he had to check with his vendor to see how much longer it would be. I've repeatedly called, emailed the business, emailed ******** directly, sent requests on Messenger and ********* No one calls me back. The check was cashed. The stone has not been delivered. You'll see from **** and ****** reviews that no one is at the office and others have paid for services they haven't received.

My husband was 93yr 10 months at passing on March 17 2023 I have been trying to contact them for 2 months and they do not return calls This is on the order form Landmark Monuments,Inc.******************, P. O Box ***** Quakertown Pa. ******* Phone *********** / Fax ************ Transaction ************ I do not know how to send photos of the transaction. Plan on calling my credit card to find out if the total amount had been paid
