    Ordered 2Dec got a pre shipping email on 4 Dec. Contacted them 11 Dec due to no movement and they finally respond to my email on 16 Dec saying they would ship on the 17th. It is now 30 Dec and there has been no movement on my tracking and they are again zero communication.

    Have sent multiple emails with no answer, ordered December 4th, said it was gonna ship December 5th and to expect the pa kage at the latest December 13th. Well still nothing and no refund or anything from this company.

    Horrible/non-existent customer service. Order from over ****** ago has not shipped, no update on what the hold is. Can not get an email back, the number listed does not have anyone answering. It is especially frustrating that paying customers can not get email or text updates about their order, but we continue to get BOMBARDED with marketing emails and texts. Apparently this company has a problem with continuing to sell out of stock items! They can't handle the number of orders they receive and then do not update their customers about shipping! It's an act of congress to get in touch with ANY customer service!!

    Horrible shipping and communication! Ordered on 11/27. Received and email on 11/29 stating they hadnt updated me in awhile about the order and I need to contact them if I dont hear anything in ***** hours. That is crazy that the customer has to contact them? I called customer service and left a message with no return call. Sent an email with no return. It wasnt until I posted a review that they finally sent out my order on 12/13. No email to say why it happened. No apology. Nothing. They dont seem to care about their customers. Ive ordered before with the same issues but wanted to give them another chance. Not anymore.

    I just recently bought one of this businesses products. I received a pre shipment label from the **** on December 3rd 2024. I received a tracking number and sent them a message when I saw no movement through my informed delivery site. They did respond once but now its the 12th of December and I have sent several emails asking for a response regarding the status of my delivery, I get no response from them! This is unacceptable!! When you pay for a product you would expect customer service to be more responsive not ignore the customer.     They seriously need to be reviewed by the BBB. Has been a week since I got the pre shipment info and no change. They consistently don't answer messages or emails. No reason or update as to why my order wasn't shipped yet. And they have already debited my bank account. Paid for 3 day shipping and that is a joke as well. **** never spend money with this company again.

    Great product , but they charge for shipping with what you are paying for . **** for 2 business days with *** is what I paid Again . This is the Fourth time this company has no respect for me , I placed the order **** 17 ***** at 4:12 pm . Here it is **** 25***** 9:50 am still no contact from company on products. No respectful E-mail , no text , no answer to what is going on AGAIN! I have left messages with this company on if you are waiting on products to be made letting the customers know product is not available goes a long way . Instead they love to get the order and your money and charge you for shipping to only ship when they want and take 5 to 7 days still to ship your products to you. This company needs serious review by the Better Business Bureau ASAP. How there is not more people on here to get better service to help them help ** get excellent products with RESPECT and ON time shipments . Please help this company become better .

    This order was delivered tracking details below:****************************************************************************************** We also refunded the entire cost of the order plus shipping. We always do right by our customers. The complaint is valid and we own up to having recent supply chain issues. We have changed suppliers though to mitigate this issue in the future.

    I placed an order on 26 November. I want to cancel the order, but the website won't allow me to do so. I've tried contacting the company without success, as no one responds to phone calls, emails, or through their website customer support chat. I've been in queue since 10am (1 December 2022) and still no response. This is not "hassle free" as Mad Viking Beard Co. claims.

    Customer was refunded in full and we still sent the product out. During ************* we tend to get behind a few days on shipping orders and it is an extremally busy time for all ecommerce shops. We will always do right by the customer.
