    Business displays different image than actual helmet that is sold. Regardless of disclaimer in bio it is unethical to advertise image and deliver different helmet.

    I bought a helmet based off of online advertisement.  Helmet was different when received and poorly made.  I would like refund due to false advertising.

    Please view our (2) attached images of the customer support conversation we had with ***************************. What he did not include in his complaint, is that he removed a Warning decal that is required by the helmet's manufacturer, *******, to be on the outside of the shell of the helmet he received. ******* does not provide us with extra parts/decals for their helmets. We would not be able to resell the helmet he received without that Warning decal - incomplete.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The sticker issue is irrelevant since company advertised certain product and sold another.  This issue aside, helmet still contains warning disclaimer inside helmet.  Regardless if I am made whole on this fraudulent sale, I want future buyers to know company sells different product than received and I want my complaint to be public for future consumers.
