    Hired fast link moving & storage to move our furniture from Minnesota to Florida. Our furniture was picked up in Owatonna MN. on Friday March 11th, 2022 and was to be delivered to our Florida address within 21 business days. That time frame was not met. After countless phone conversations with Fast Link (when anyone would even answer the business phone) promising us that our furniture was on the way, including talking with someone named Alex who claimed to be the owner, our furniture was finally delivered on April 21, 2022. Two days before the so-called delivery, the driver named Youssef R**** called me to confirm he would make the delivery which would have been Friday April 15, 2022. After waiting all day, I received a text message at 10pm from the driver saying his truck broke down. (I later found out that to be untrue per conversation with the driver Youssef). I made repeated attempts that day and throughout the weekend to try and get a hold of the driver and fast link with no success. All I got were voicemails and left a message every time with no response whatsoever. Finally, I received a phone call from the same driver (Youssef) on April 20, 2022, informing me he would be delivering our furniture the next day (April 21). He did show up the next to my surprise. I greeted him in the parking lot. Upon opening of the delivery trucks doors, I saw furniture and crushed boxes all over the floor of the truck. The driver showed up with zero people to help unload the furniture, so I was forced to help in order to get my things off the truck. As we were unloading the truck, I noticed almost all of our furniture was damaged. After the unloading was finished, I inspected everything thoroughly and found extensive damage. I asked for claim forms, driver informed me I would have to send an email and pictures with what I found. I sent a detailed email (July 18, 2022) with pictures of all the damage to fast link email that was I instructed to do per the contract. No response.

    I initially looked up online a moving company to get a quote. Found a company by the name of ******** Moving and Storage, this was 07/20/2021. Quote given 8829.18. To move, store and deliver all household contents from Colorado to Arizona, with an estimated pick up date of 08/23/2021. On approximately 08/19, they called to confirm and inform the the price was going to be closer to 18,000.00 dollars. With a deadline to meet I paid. All items were picked up and moved. With our help, including loaning a car to them to run an errand. We also helped load the truck. On delivery of household contents in Arizona we found a large amount of damage. We were told by the driver (*******) to take pictures and email them to the company. I also wrote a formal claim. After several emails about recieving the pictures, they admitted getting them and it would take 3 to 9 months for me to hear if they were going to pay the claim. We took over 300 pictures and sent them just 150. I continued contact till Jan 22' when I got a call and the gentlemen said he would let me know. I started calling again in March. No response. Sent a registered letter, it came back "undeliverable" no such address. I have found that ********, is now saying they are a brokerage company not a moving company. The moving company that showed up, Fastlink lines Moving and Storage has changed their address and name. New name is Fast Link Lines Moving and Storage. Some phone numbers are the same. The contract states they are insured and bonded. Yet they won't acknowledge my claim.
