    I called the company about returning items that came in the mail that my father ordered. I explained that my father passed away and I did not want the ***** I also explained I closed my father's credit cards. the man said it was not a problem to return them and they would issue a check to me for returning the ***** I returned them with a letter explaining why I was returning them along with a copy of my father's death certificate I included all of this so there was no mix-up. They can not credit any cards. I have them all closed out. I want a refund like I was promised.

    The customer's credit card was credited back on 12/31/2024.  We can only refund the original form of payment.  Daughter of the deceased customer needs to contact the credit card company.  The customer's credit card balance should have been reduced as a result of this credit.  Please see the attached documents.

    On July 15th, 2024, I made a purchase order for $83.84 that I paid for via ******* They apparently shipped out my Order without a street address. The business blames me for not providing a street address, but I paid for it through ******* If ****** didn't include a street address then this business should have reached out to me. However, they went ahead and sent out my order with only a My Name, City and State. The package was returned to them and they say I can only get it if I pay for more shipping charges. I then requested a full refund and they are refusing to give me a refund. They are holding my order hostage and are trying to keep my money. This business has horrible customer service and have been nasty towards me. I never ever have ever seen a business treat customers like this and it is my first time ordering. It is now almost a month later and I am still without my money or product. Please investigate these crooks!

    I placed an order on 5/1 (#*******), received item that was damaged on 5/7, emailed customer service and they simply told me to call their customer service, so I called on 5/8. Then I was told their person who issues return labels was out for several days. I finally got a return label, but it takes a week for them to receive the item due to them being closed. I called again on 5/22 and I am told they wont ship the replacement until 5/28 at the earliest because they are taking an extended holiday!!!! They claim to be one of the largest music and movie mail-order companies in the ************* but they clearly do not function like a large company. It shouldnt take nearly a month to receive a replacement for a damaged item!!!

    I ordered three items and only received two. I would like them to complete the order and send the last item or refund me if it is no longer available.

    It took them three months, but they finally sent me the item. I wish to drop the case and have no further action done towards them. Several years ago I ordered items in the mail with a check and got some of the items. The other items was no longer in stock and no credit nor refund given which why I prefer buying on internet thru their website. At this time I not sure if I will or will not ever buy from them. But this transaction has been resolved and should be discontinued.

    About two weeks before November 22, 2023, I mailed a ******** ******* money order for $20.00 for the half hour Western of the Fifties, Stories of the Century DVD, starring *** *****, a railroad detective. They wrote me back and said it wasn't received and said it would cost me $5.00 to get part of my money back. I did and haven't heard from them since. Oldies.com, P.O. Box 77, Norbert, PA 19702-0077, So I bought it again for $20.00 with a ******** ******* money order for the same thing and haven't heard from them yet. This was on November 22,2023.

    Customer placed the order online through our website on 11/24/2023.  We did a preauthorization on the credit card and it was a "No Match".  Sent an email to the customer and never heard from the customer to get valid payment information.  So the order was cancelled on 12/11/2023.  Please see attached invoice and credit card authorization.

    I am rejecting this response because: i was never emailed about payment issues. Each time i asked about my order i was told they was behind and it was still processing.  Attached is emails stating that. Not once was i told about payment issues.

    Oldies.com. *************. [email protected]. Invoice date 9/28/23. Order :$24.33 this order (*******)($69.02) for this order********* )these are two separate billing orders 9/28/23 on ordered 4 cds they then tell nene out of stock but still I was charged $69.02 posted to account already for something I never received, I do have one receipt for only one cd that’s all for a charge 24.33 then credit my account for 28.00 like I was scammed to me, plz investigate more information.     Two separate order numbers for billing one four tapes but only received 1 of four charged 68.02 plus additional charge for one tape that I received  $24.33  credited my  account for $23.33.  Total of $92.35 just for one tape the $68.00 posted to my account for four tapes, charged separately for one tape

    Order number I gave first time was an error sorry for order # ********* that was different account from another company, disregard, the correct order # ******* for 69.02.  And the other is order: ******* billed 24.33.  These are two separate orders I mentioned before    Thank you

    On 30 August 2023, I placed an on-line order on the website at Nin's Discount Oldies.com for 8 DVDS in the Western Genre of TV ********  seasons 1 to 7 (including vol. 2) of some seasons. On 1 September 2023, I called, spoke to an unidentified male, explained the sending of a USPS MO in the amount of $143.03. I obtained the USPS MO, mailed same on the purchased date. On 12 Sept 2023, I called to check order status for shipping and was told by an unidentified female that he USPS MO has only arrived for payment on 11 Sept 2023. I waited an additional 10 business days, called again on 21 Sept 2023, got the run around regarding time schedules, shipping dates, email notifications, closing on weekends, etc., nothing to indicate processing of order#*******. At this time, I stated that I will take some action to either get my order promptly or at the time not thinking of cancellation. I called the ********* Police Department who transferred me to County authorities where I the police do not get involved in civil area-business disputed. I then decided to cancel said order, Notify the BBB, and all-0f-a-sudden, on 22 Sept 2023, I get an email stating the sudden processing /shipping of OR#******* for delivery on 23 Sept 2023. WHY?
