    GrayMac Softwash and Equipment Rental is a great company. They respond quickly to service requests, provide timely estimates, and fulfill their appointments and promises. They thoroughly flushed my gutters and did it quickly and efficiently. My home's roof roof is high requiring a boom lift. The owner personally supervised the job to protect my gutters and his workers. The job was completed professionally and thoroughly. When it was time to go, the owner saw the slippery black/green mold on the ramp to my porch, he had his workers take all the equipment out again and he cleaned my ramp my as a courtesy. The ramp was not even part of my job request, but he fixed it anyway out of care and concern! That is what I call service. The owner is honest and conscientious. His company provided a prompt appointment, and they came to do the job on time when they said they would. This well organized business management practice gives predictability and peace of mind to the home owner. I give GrayMac 10 out of 10.
