      Paid for a perc test and septic design, Brian Courtright got paid in full for the job and has been ghosting me ever since AVOIDING EMAILS, CALLS, from me and the **** He needs to submit the septic design and plot plan to the county SEO so I can have my permits issued (THAT IS ALREADY PAID, WELL AND SEPTIC).

      With good faith, I had paid him a check of 925 to get a survey done on my property. I’ve called him plenty times he doesn't return my call back. This is concerning to me since I just seen how many terrible reviews he has. This feels like a scam.

      Brian came to survey out land to place our RV on a lot in Milford. We gave him money he sent us our papers after calling and calling for weeks trying to get ahold of him for the papers. Bring the papers to the courthouse to file them with the county and they weren’t even done correctly! Missing information for the RV slidouts and the side yard. Also, he never placed the flags within our RV site so we’ve been trying to get ahold of him to get this issues resolved because we paid good money. He even had a bad rep at the local courthouse for his lack of caring
