            I called Plymouth Auto to have engine repair service done. I explained that I had an assessment done and that they suggested I get my engine repaired. I asked about my thermostat also possibly needing to be replaced. I had the part already and **** gave me a few options. What we decided on was that they would give me a used engine and replace my thermostat for $3200. When I picked the car up it was still overheating and the thermostat was not replaced. I hit a receipt for engine, labor and battery. When I called they told me initially give it a few days and then they said to bring it in. Upon the new evaluation they said I needed a thermostat and the additional cost would be $389. They have refused to take responsibility for the error, wont fix the car and noted my account as I refused the service because I didnt want to pay and that if I drive the car it will void my warranty.

            They’re scammers and prey on women. I came to them for an issue with my vehicle and told them that I was going through my car warranty and whatever wasn’t don’t do it. They called me and said that they found the issues and would fix them. I told them that if it wasn’t under the warranty no thanks. They said it was and they proceeded to fix the issue. When I got there I asked for an invoice as they did not say a price. I saw $500 and asked why is it so high and they told me that a battery wasn’t covered under the warranty. I asked why would you charge me for something I could’ve did myself. I then said they can take the battery back and they said well they are going to charge me again to give me the old battery. The man who was closing the transaction then started cursing at me and calling me a liar after I told him he never told me about which services I was given. I then tried to talk to the manager the next day and he called me a liar and told me that his employee would never do anything like that.
