The service was good for 2 months, then there truck broke and didn't pick up my garbage for 2 weeks. I have tried calling every day but of course no one answered and you can't leave a voice mail because it's full. I got other service now but I'm waiting for them to refund me money. If they don't I will be taking them to court.

Ram's Refuse is refusing to pick up my garbage, saying I have 3 strikes. I paid for 3 months, only got two & yet they won't refund me the month due. When the guy called to tell me I was no longer on the route, he told me daughter that I could call if I had any questions. I've called every day for over 2 weeks with no reply. All I want is my one month refund. Terrible customer service! My first strike was because they said one garbage bag was "too heavy". I am a senior citizen & weigh about 100 lbs. If I could take the bag out to the side of the road, don't you think they could manage it? I was never told about a weight limit either. My second strike was because I put some broken window glass in a bag. They said someone was cut. Don't they expect this kind of thing & wear gloves? They left the bag so I took the glass out, broke it into little pieces, put in in a plastic container & padded it with newspaper so no one would get hurt. They took the bag & opened it then said because it was window glass & not kitchen garbage, I had strike three. So what if the glass was from a canning jar? Or a drinking glass? Again, I was never told that I couldn't put anything but kitchen stuff out. When I first signed up for Ram's Refuse, I was told that anything I could fit in a garbage bag, their guys would take. I guess that's not true any more. This business is going downhill fast. So disappointing.
