    A young man had come to my door And offered a pest control service. I told him I was only here six months as I am a snowbird and it wouldnt help me. Hesaid lets just do it one time and Ill only charge you $99 instead of the usual 159 and he would spray the inside and of my home for ants and other insects. I couldnt get rid of him any beg me and I said OK just this one time but thats it he said OK he said had assigned something on his iPad to K it which I did and I gave him my credit card since then his company came when I was not homeand they said they sprayed outside the house. They never did the inside and said they will come back another day to do the inside. I thought that would be it go to out now on my credit card. They are charging me $159 every two months to spray my house and they never did the inside cause I was neverhome. I called today and told the lady that I want to cancel at once cause I am not satisfied with the service and I said I wanted it done that one time for $99. She said that I cannot cancel and if I did, I would be charged an additional $269. I told her I am not satisfied the service and I should not have to pay for it. Because they never finish what they intended to do She said no that it will go against my credit if I do not pay her. Please help me with this situation.

    My parents at ********************************************************, succumbed to a slick door to door sales person and signed up for this pest control service. I am on the account. The first service was to be exterior and interior however the weather was not cooperating for the exterior service. The account was charged for the ENTIRE service instead of a partial service. It took over a month to get the service ************* time the technician said he was in the driveway and was practically yelling at me that I couldn't see him because of a tree. He was NOT in our driveway, but in the neighbors. Now we have received the following:Dear *****,We hope this message finds you well. Were reaching out to inform you of an important correction related to your Evergreen Pest Solutions account in Scranton.Due to a system error, sales tax was not previously applied to your pest control services as required by Pennsylvania state law. To ensure compliance, sales tax will now be included in all future invoices.Additionally, you will notice a one-time charge on your account for the previously omitted sales tax. This adjustment reflects only the legally required tax amount that should have been collected.We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we correct this oversight. Our team is always here to answer any questions you may have.Thank you for being a valued customer, and thank you for your patience.Warm regards,The Evergreen Pest Solutions Team Scranton, ** This is yet another billing error. The company has not held up its agreement at all. Their only solution is to offer credits. Because of the lack of faith and trust in this company, we would like to be released from the contract WITHOUT a cancellation fee. We should not be bound to such incompetence for the ENTIRE year. They continue to have errors which is not holding up their part of the agreement.

    Evergreen pest solutions was hired for an 18 month contract to spray my home for insects. I was told by the technician nothing needed moved as the product was safe. When the technician finished there was a white over spray covering everything on my front porch from houseplants, to patio cushions/furniture, antiques, the cement, every possible surface. I do have additional pictures of the above referenced. They offered to send someone out but not until July 9th. Unfortunately I was having company for July 4th weekend and spent 8.5 hours scrubbing my porch from top to bottom(shutters included) because of the mistake. I tried explaining this to numerous people and they keep telling I'm responsible and they are sending it to the credit bureau!

    ***************************** claims to have serviced my property 6/26/25 i was onsite all day doing renovation to my house inside and outside. Did not see anyone, made a follow up phone call the secretary claims a tech was there but i was not home which is untrue. There were no tags or warning signs on the property of exterior treatment which i also believe is required, they promised an additional service than called me on 7/10/25 claimed i had to pay for it but they would give me a discount. i decided best to cancel due to this company being very shady, while Im on phone discussing with secretary she tried to run my credit card of $279.00 for early cancellation. i never received the first treatment which i paid $169.99.     Our records indicate that a service was scheduled and completed on June 26, 2025. However, we understand that you were on-site that day and did not observe our technician performing the treatment. We also regret if there was any confusion regarding service documentation such as treatment markers or communication from our office staff. Clear communication and transparency are extremely important to us, and we take your feedback seriously.
    With regard to your cancellation, our agreements do include early termination fees to help cover the upfront cost of initial treatments and professional products. That said, if a customer feels they did not receive the service they paid for, we want to thoroughly investigate and work toward a fair resolution. After checking your account, it seems that no refund can be given since your invoices have not been paid. Please contact us for further direction.
