They knew that vehicle was defective that it had a cracked radiator there is no damage to the front of that vehicle. I would not have known until the winter I purchased it in May. And as the weather came there was no heat. I had brought it back twice before that. I allowed them to duck $270 from my first national account every month. Since may I stopped it today?

*************,You Purchased your 2012 **** Focus on 5-1-23 with ******* miles. ** 11/24/23 ************* brought his vehicle in with an over heating issue. The vehicle had milage of ******* miles on it and was diagnosed as cracked Radiator and was leaking coolant. ***************** warranty did not cover a radiator and he declined the service on it. We advised ************* to not drive it and if he had to move it make sure there was plenty of coolant in the vehicle, We even gave him a gallon of coolant for free before he left to keep in the vehicle in case of emergency. on January 20th, ************* called in saying his vehicle would not start and thought he needed a battery. **ce the vehicle was towed in we were able to clearly see ************* was using water instead of coolant in his cracked radiator he opted not to fix and with the extreme cold weather, it froze his motor like a block of ice. The warranty company would not cover the cost of the motor because of the customer neglect. We offered to help ************* and get his motor looked at here at Brady Auto Sales but he also declined that service as well. When ************* brought his car in with a frozen motor due to putting water into his radiator instead of coolant, the miles were ******* at the time of the vehicle being towed in. ************* Drove roughly 2k miles in just over a month with a cracked radiator while using water instead of coolant.
