      SERVICE WAS TO PUT CUT TREE LIMBS IN THE WOODS BEHIND MY HOME . THE OWNER TOLD ME THEY WOULD DO THIS .THE CUT TREE TRUNK AND BRANCHES WERE THROWN ON MY HILLSIDE IN PLAIN VIEW . AS A PROPERTY OWNER WHO CARES ABOUT THE AESTHETICS OF MY HOME THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE . I SENT SEVERAL PHOTOS TO THE SERVICE BUT NO ONE CALLED BACK . MY SON CALLED THEM BUT THEY DISMISSED HIM ALSO .VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WORK . PLEASE WARN OTHERS .

      In the first place I always responded to her and her son's calls, secondly the tree that fell and she didnt want cleaned up was exactly where we left the wood but we went back out and moved the wood where she would be happy where it was this time.And we went back out with in 2 weeks and both times she said she was happy with the job!

      Thursday October 27, 2022 Bluestone Tree and Landscaping arrived around 12:50pm at my property at **** ***** **** ********** ***** to trim two trees that had limbs growing in the power lines and across the roof of my house. One of guys climbed the tree and cut the limbs grown in the power lines no problem. Then while cutting the limbs over the roof I heard a crash sound while I was in the kitchen. When he cut the limbs over the roof it rolled off the roof over the chimney on the back of the roof and down the side of my house. This broke the top off of the chimney ( flute and attached bricks), the fascia on the side of the roof. The company put the fascia back up and promised to repair the chimney by replacing the bricks and flute but have not done so after several conversations with them. They offered me a $295 discount. The guy onsite told us they would return later to repair the damaged chimney since there were tree branches, leaves laying on edge of roof from limb and bricks from chimney can can fall off roof. He told us to be careful going around the side of house because the bricks could fall but never returned to fix the damage. The bricks and flute are still lying on ground next to the house. The owners wife has made promises to have the damage fixed if I paid , which I but no one has come to do the repairs.
