    I had the misfortune of dealing with this company due to a necessary tow of my vehicle and being a AAA member. The tow operator improperly loaded my vehicle and damaged the front axle. When he unloaded the vehicle at the repair shop I requested, the damage should have been very obvious to the operator. There was axle grease all over the under carriage of the vehicle and certainly on his towing equipment.He didn't advised the repairer, AAA, or me of the damage he'd done. I found out during my repairers inspection of the vehicle. The axle repair was very expensive. I tried to discuss the damages with the people at Kendall Towing. I was advised to speak with ****. I left several messages for **** **********, owner, who never returned my calls. I was told a couple times he was out on a tow. I'm sure he has a cell phone???It took over more than 4 weeks, much paperwork, and many phone calls to AAA before I was finally reimbursed for the damage.I would not recommend this company to tow anything. If *** is sending a truck to you, in the ************* area, ask who's the operator. If it's Kendall Towing, be cautious or request another *********** far as I'm concerned they are not a reputable company if they will not respond to customer phone calls or concerns.
