    I've had Voiply since early 2023 or 2024. At first my issues were fixed. Now nothing is fixed. **** customer service agents. I also believe when I first signed up I was over charged from the price they advertised. When I questioned it, I was given an answer that I really didn't understand, I just let it go. My calls are disconnected, when I receive calls the time is wrong, I don't receive calls till a few days or weeks later, I sometimes don't receive the visual emails for my calls and strange noise in the phone. I could go on for ever with the issues I have with the service. I will not be renewing my service. And if they take my phone number I'll return with the details.

    I had VOIPLY service for 7 years and cancelled this year becasue of increasing costs and nealry all calls were scam callers, Service was gennerally good but not useful anymore to me>Then the problems began I called their CS 2 weeks before my annual contract was to be renew and advised i was cancelling service and would be returning the modem they supplied>I was concerned that they would bill my Credit Card even though i cancelled so i put block on my virtual CC so it could not be billed>Then the emails started a weel alter stating thye could not bill my credit card, 3 times i responded explaing i had cancelled and returned equipment , They still presisted insisting i update my method of payment>THen they finally acknowledged i would no longer be billed.And now one month laterm, I get another email ***** the CEO , ***** ***** telling me they have changed my service from annual to monthly and they just need me to update methos of payment,, I repsond to Mr ***** advise=ong seri=vice has been cancelled and i gte a repsonse form customer service if i want to proceed with cancellation?? %$%^$$!!!DOnt do business with this compnay, and if you do , do not give them access to your valid creidt card or bank account>They have incompetant customer service and managemnt

    Terrible. Their service never worked, difficult to contact them. They are incompetent. A real nightmare to cancel. Not sure if I will get my money back. THE WORST.

    They are not willing to cancel your service took 3 times, each time I got an email that service was canceled but they still charged me. Took an hour with support person to process the refund which should have been done automatically. Service was canceled before any new charges were done. They have very poor customer service *** ****** *********************

    I ordered Voiply service in January. Phones arrived plug and play ready as I configured them with their online checkout. Our office has POE switches, we plug the phones in got power. The phones rebooted a couple of times. Chatting with a Voiply support specialist they confirmed this was the phones provisioning and all normal. Once the phones were provisioned we saw the names of the users on the phones. We had a simple call scenario with our 4 person office, made test calls, configured our voicemails. All worked as it should. Very impressed with how simple this setup was. Fill out everything online during checkout and your phones will come configured working as they should! Great job Voiply!
