My daughter attended this school using financial aid to pay for cost. Towards the end they informed her that she will owe a balance of ******* stating that financial aid will not cover that amount because she lives at home with her parent but then the balance due changed to *******, per administration they made a mistake calculating the balance. The school didnt give my daughter all the supplies that shes being charged for( other students are not receiving their supplies as well) , the school is always canceling classes due to the things like the teachers daughters car not working etc.. There is one teacher that is not teaching the students correctly, example ( a client came to the school to get her hair dyed, my daughter was not taught to dye hair and told the teacher that she didnt know how to dye hair. The teacher told her to pretend that she knows how to do it). This school needs to be investigated!

    to me

Hello; I wanted to add to my complaint against Pittsburgh Cultural Academy. My daughter completed the cosmetology school and did not receive a certificate or the opportunity to take the exam for her license. The teacher told her that she had to pay $35.00 plus a $5.00 fee for a background check and something else that I cannot recall at the moment but she told her the she would receive he certificate after those fees was paid. My daughter paid the fees and still haven't received the certificate. My questions are why wasn't this required at the beginning or before she started school ?
