            We bought a refrigerator from Crown Appliance in May 2021. We rented a truck and picked it up and brought it home. We realized it wasn't working properly so on the next business we contacted Crown to arrange a return. The item was sold with a 30 day warranty. Larry from Crown agreed to arrange to pick up the appliance from our home, and said he would put us on the pick up schedule. Several days went by with no contact so we called again and they arranged a pick up date. They did not show up on the date or contact us. We contacted them again and they scheduled another pick up date. Staff person Andrew agreed to call to confirm that day or the day before since they did not show the first time. They did not contact us but claimed they came to our home on the date but no one was home. After trying to contact them on the phone my husband stopped by. Staff person Bob argued, yelled, and made him leave the store. We would like them to pick up the non-working fridge and provide a refund.
