      My glasses arrived bent and sit crooked on my face. Huge waste of time and money. No easy way to ask for a refund and even if they do decide to fix their mistake, it'll be weeks before I get a new, acceptable pair. Guess I'll just be blind until then.

      I have been a COMPLETELY SATISFIED customer of ********************** since they first opened 8 years ago and I found them online. I continue to get nothing but TOP NOTCH service from everyone there from the agents to the Opticians that make the glasses! FREE shipping and they even arrive quickly! When I find a REPUTABLE company I stick with them! I hope they never go out of business! Throw their name around to family and friends like confetti! Word of mouth is the best business!

      My wife and I have used Paynes Glasses LLC (PG) to purchase a total of seven pairs of glasses in the past two years. We were totally satisfied with the reasonable costs, the high and stylish quality of the glasses, the prompt turnaround time, and the thoughtful and professional customer services. This year, I ordered two pairs of glasses based on a glasses prescription which was a little over one year old, but was not filled. Within one week, the new glasses arrived; it turned out the prescription was a little off. This was not PGs fault. I had to have my eyes re-examined and get a new prescription. Thereafter, PG promptly reproduced two pairs of brand new glasses. Upon receiving the new glasses, the manger and technicians painstakingly making adjustments to the glasses until they fitted me perfectly. I now have the best two pairs of classes Ive ever had with sharp vision, elegant and stylish looks. I can read the smallest prints in paper or online with ease. Its quite remarkable.We plan to go back to PG to replace all our glasses in the future. We recommend them to you highly!***** ***

      I'm on a very **********. I was really happy with my Free pair. Only cost was shipping. I received them in 7 days and was amazed by the look. Because of that I ordered some sunglasses with the same frame. Also arrived in 7 days. Bottom line is they were exactly what I needed. Was very worried at first didn't know if I'd like them. But am really happy with the end result. I'll give them a try again when needed.

      Received order in a timely manner. Packaging was well and preserved the state of the product. Product arrived undamaged and to expectation of order. Overall, pleased with product and order process. Will order again and have!

      I have been using Payne Glasses for the last few years for all of my family members and their service is always great. Never a problem with prescription or deliveries. Even when they are rushed, they are on time. Their customer service team always responds promptly when I reach out, and you can't beat the prices. I don't get my Glasses anywhere else anymore. Their selections are vast. There is something for everyone.

      When bought these, first time did not fit because I had no clue on sizes. Got a replacement very quickly and now =my son loves them. He is very happy.

      Having just recently found on-line eye glass possibilities, I have used three different companies for various types of glasses - single vision, perscription reading glasses, bifocals, office progressive glasses, and sunglasses. I have ordered from three different on line retailers. Payne Glasses is the only one who got all orders correct on the first try, and they were the ones I used for the more complicated prescriptions (the other companies don't seem to grasp the concept of prescription reading glasses and don't offer office progressives). As Payne offers many more lens options than the others and a more limited but still decent frame selection, I plan to use only Payne from now on.

      i couldnt afford getting glasses in glasses stores so i looked into online shopping for them. i came across payne and honestly was scared it might be a scam. my glasses arrived fast and the prescription was perfect. they were clean and were packaged well to not be damaged. *** now ordered two different frames and i love both. they are exactly like they are online !
